I need a book designed

Design details: I have written a book titled "My Life in 140 Cars" which is currently in A4 format, 44k words, 143 photos. I need it turned into a book with cover designed, pages laid out, blanks inserted etc. ready for printing. I have inserted the photos in text boxes in the A4 version to show roughly where they go but have all the photos in scanned format, 600 bps for insertion by the designer.
Ideas for the visual style: Photos within text. Cover to be a melange of photos from the book
