Graphic designer

I need someone who can be available on a regular basis to design our news articles for our magazines and newspapers. We already have Indesign templates, so they need to use the templates to then create a professional newspaper or magazine design using the content given. It is imperative they also know how to increase resolution and ensure image output is good for print.
