FOUR BOOKLET PROGRAMME

We are currently seeking a creative partner to support the design and development of a new educational programme, and we would like to invite you to be part of this exciting project.

**About the Project**
We are launching the **Safe Steps Programme**, a structured four-part safeguarding and wellbeing initiative designed for UK schools, supporting pupils aged 9–15.

The programme is built around:

* Safeguarding awareness
* Online safety
* Wellbeing and resilience
* Real-life decision-making

Each stage of the programme is delivered through professionally designed **A5 printed booklets**, supported by certification, reporting, and measurable outcomes for schools.

**Scope of Work**
We are looking to develop:

* **Four A5 portrait booklets** (approx. 16 pages each)
* Consistent visual identity across the full series
* Engaging, age-appropriate layouts for pupils (9–15)
* Clear structure for educational content (scenarios, activities, reflection sections)

In addition, there may be opportunities to design:

* Certificates (school and pupil)
* Supporting materials (reports, programme documents)
* Branded assets for wider rollout

**Design Requirements**
The design approach should be:

* Visually engaging but not overly childish
* Clean, modern, and easy to follow
* Suitable for educational environments
* Built around clarity, accessibility, and interaction

We are aiming for a balance of:

* Strong visual elements (icons, colour sections, layouts)
* Clear, readable content
* Consistency across all four editions

**Purpose & Impact**
This is not just a design project — it is part of a wider initiative to support schools in improving safeguarding awareness and pupil wellbeing.

The programme will also provide schools with:

* Safeguarding certification
* Measurable data and reporting
* Benchmarking against local and national insights

We are therefore looking for a design partner who understands both **visual engagement and social impact**.
