Estate Agent Training Booklet

I’m looking to have a professional training booklet designed for my estate agency team. The content is ready (attached as a text file), and I need it formatted into a clean, easy-to-use A4 PDF booklet.

What I Need:

A 30-page A4 digital booklet (for print & screen)

Clean, spacious layout – agents will be handwriting into it

Bold headers, clear tables, and simple box layouts

Some pages will use a calendar/grid or tracker-style format

Consistent branding throughout (I’ll provide a past booklet to copy the style)

Fonts must be easy to read and write over (no decorative fonts)

Inspiration:
I’ll also attach a training booklet (from a known industry trainer) that shows the kind of layout we like—simple, structured, and content-led.
