Educational workbook redesign

We are looking for a talented freelance designer to completely redesign an existing workbook into a clean, modern, and highly user-friendly resource.

The current workbook contains valuable content, but it needs a full visual refresh to improve clarity, flow, and engagement for young users.

What we need:
Redesign of an existing workbook (approx 20 pages) into a visually appealing, easy-to-navigate format
Strong focus on clarity, structure, and usability
Consistent layout, typography, and branding
Improved spacing, formatting, and visual hierarchy
Simple, professional design suitable for teenage/young adult learners (ages 13–17)
Ideal designer:
Experience designing educational materials, workbooks, or print/PDF resources
Strong portfolio showing clean, modern document design
Ability to take existing content and elevate it visually without rewriting core material
Understanding of user experience and readability
Deliverables:
Fully redesigned workbook (print and digital PDF format)
Editable source file (e.g. InDesign, Canva, or similar)
Up to 5 rounds of revisions
