Job Posting: Designer for Luxury Coffee Table Property Book (CR Vacation Properties)

About Us
CR Vacation Properties manages a premier collection of 24 luxury villas in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer (or design agency) to create a high-end coffee table style book that showcases our villas. This book will be displayed in each property as both a marketing piece and a guest experience enhancement.

Project Scope

Format: Coffee table style book (print-ready, full color, high resolution).

Number of Properties: 24 villas.

Structure:

One dedicated cover design for each villa.

Inside layout:

One full page with a large hero image and property description.

2–3 additional pages per property featuring more images (interior, exterior, amenities, views) with descriptive text.

Overall Look & Feel: Elegant, minimal, modern design with emphasis on luxury travel aesthetics. The layout should highlight stunning photography while maintaining brand consistency with CR Vacation Properties.

Deliverables

Print-ready PDF of the full coffee table book.

Source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or other agreed formats).

Guidelines for reprinting and future property additions.

What We Provide

High-resolution property photography (interior, exterior, amenities, lifestyle shots).

Property descriptions and key highlights for each villa.

Brand guidelines and logo.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in designing luxury coffee table books, magazines, or high-end brochures.

Strong portfolio with emphasis on property, travel, lifestyle, or hospitality design.

Knowledge of print production (color, resolution, bleed, finishes).

Ability to create elegant layouts that balance text and imagery seamlessly.

Estimated timeline: 2 weeks from project start.
