Design and Layout of a Professional Visitors Guide Booklet 55pag

I am looking for an experienced designer to create a professional, visually appealing Visitors Guide booklet.

I already have:
All written content
A clear design concept (colours, fonts, template ideas, overall style and brochure size)
Guidance on structure and layout
A selection of photos to be included

What I need is someone to professionally design and format everything into a beautiful, easy-to-read booklet that flows well and looks excellent both digitally and in print. Print quality is very important, so attention to detail (layout, spacing, image resolution, margins, bleed, etc.) is essential.

Ideally, I would like the guide to be created in Canva, unless you would strongly recommend a better platform for achieving a more professional printed result. My preference for Canva is so that I can access the file later and make minor edits if needed. However, I am open to expert advice on the best solution.
