Design a book cover

I am looking for a graphic designer who could design a book cover (full cover with front, spine and back) which is to be self-published on amazon. The topic of the book is stuttering and the books presents a non-medical solution to the problem. The designer must have previous experience of designing for books. The book is ready in pdf and needs a cover designed and attached to it.
