Customize an InDesign template with copy & images to produce a report PDF

I've already used this to create some reports, one is attached here.

This job is to create a new report, using the InDesign template. This report needs to customized with content I'll provide in a Word Document. I need the report to match the colors and design of the existing report.

The report shall be in US Letter size in portrait orientation.

I will provide:
* the template files
* fonts
* some stock photos
* a word document with the contents / copy of the report

it's up to you to populate the InDesign template with the copy, set the appropriate colors and make it look good. You may need to find a couple additional stock photos to make it look good. You'll need to determine the appropriate # of pages and how to organize the content from the word doc into the report template. I have other report examples I can share in addition to the one attached.

Deliverables are the indesign files, source files for any stock photos used, and a high res PDF.
Target audience: marketing experts in the nutrition industry

Where the design will be used: PDF hosted on website. PDF may also be printed
Extra notes: This will be the first of many of these reports I'll need designed in the future. I'm looking for a long term partner to assist me in creating more of these reports in the future.
