Convert KDP Files to Lightning Source (1 Title, No Redesign)

I have one children’s paperback currently published via Amazon KDP. The book is fully designed and formatted. I need the existing files adapted to meet Lightning Source (Ingram) print specifications.

Scope of Work
Interior:
Confirm trim size compatibility with Lightning Source
Adjust margins/gutter only if required
Ensure fonts/images are properly embedded
Export Lightning Source–compliant PDF (PDF/X-1a or LS-required standard)
Cover:
Generate and apply official Lightning Source cover template
Recalculate and adjust spine width based on LS paper type and page count
Adjust layout to match LS safe zones and barcode area
Confirm correct bleed settings
Export LS-compliant full-wrap PDF
Deliverables

1 Lightning Source–compliant cover PDF
Confirmation that files meet LS upload/prepress requirements
