Complete/Update Magazine in Indesign

I need to complete a magazine to go to press ASAP. If this works out, I publish other magazines that would turn into a long term job.

We essentially "recreate" the new edition by updating/replacing ads and articles. A good knowledge of Indesign is essential. If you are fast, I need you! The rate i will pay will increase if this works out. I want to find someone who will get the job done quickly. A bonus could be added if I see speed in completing the first magazine.
