Looking for a Designer to Format a Business Book (Amazon Print + Kindle)

The manuscript of a business book in the consulting field is complete — 111 pages.
Trim size: 5.5 × 8.5 inches.

The book is planned for publication as a paperback on Amazon (print-on-demand) and as an eBook for Kindle.

I am looking for a designer to develop both the cover and the interior layout.

Attached you will find a brief outlining the task and initial input materials.
Along with your portfolio, I would appreciate seeing a conceptual proposal including:

— A cover idea (front and back for the printed edition),
— 1 sample interior page

I am interested in understanding your visual approach, typographic choices, and structural logic. A concept is sufficient — there is no need to finalize the layout at this stage.

The selected designer will be contracted for:
— Final cover design,
— Full interior layout of the print version (111 pages),
— Preparation of files for publication.

In your application, please include:

Portfolio (book or editorial projects are a plus),

A few words about your approach to designing business literature,

Timeline for preparing the concept.
