Brochure for Exclusive New Homes

We require a designer to produce a sales brochure that has the ability to be printed for a new development of that we are due to launch imminently in Shropshire. The development name is currently under review due to council addressing procedures but nevertheless we require the brochure to assist in the marketing of the development for sale.

The development is comprised of two detached homes with detached garages, we have the plans and CGI's of the properties and a full specification that is to be included in the brochure.

The brochure should follow what we have done previously, that is a bit like a car brochure in a matt finish with a design / development logo that is included on the front cover and our contact details on the back cover. The design should make use of our company branding and values that focuses very much on quality.

We would hope that the brochure is approximately 20 pages in total with pages for the following headings for which content will be provided:

Plot 1 Layout and CGI's
Plot 2 Layout and CGI's
Specification - Kitchen & Utility incl. CGI
Specification - Main Bath / Shower Room incl. CGI

Specification - Plumbing, Heating & Hot Water
Specification - Interior Finishes incl. CGI's
Specification - Exterior Finishes incl. CGI's
