Booklet cover and design

The Association of Irish Choirs is planning to send a booklet for primary school teachers with advice and repertoire suggestions for the establishment or continuing running of their school choirs.
It is the indicative repertoire that we would be suggesting to teachers and school choirs throughout Ireland.
We are looking for someone to design a cover for the book (which will be distributed soft copy next month and then hard copy early next year) and then combine all the information and sample scores of music (pdfs) and design the book. Approx 40 A4 pages.
We want the cover to be catching, with color but simple and there are a few logo's that need to be included.
