Book Layout (typesetting and photo layout on print ready PDF)

Design details: The book is about an evacuee in World War 2. The details of the book design are:

- Manuscript around 250 pages (60,000 words). Not sure how many pages this translates to book.
- Need A5 book design, and PDF ready for printers (print on demand service is being used).
- The book has a cover designed by the author - but will need to be set on the PDF - it is hand designed, so I will need guidance on how to scan and get you a good copy for layout.
- The book has about 5 - 7 pages of photos, all old and black and white that need to be layed out within the book too.

Please could you give me a fixed price cost for this work, with timescales. This is my granddad's book and I need to get it finished as soon as possible. Please only respond if you have the time to get this done quickly.
