Book Editing & Layout

I have a book from a client in Microsoft Word format that I need to have converted into a printable layout. The Word document is 93 pages but it is using a large font (18pt) so it's probably going to layout in fewer book pages.

The finished book will be 6 inches by 9 inches. The finished project needs to be a print-ready PDF document. I prefer that you work in Adobe InDesign and that I receive the editable files as well.

The pages need to have a minimum .625 inch margin on the bound side and .5 inch margin on all other sides (that is the minimum...we can go more).

The book has, supposedly, already been edited but it wouldn't hurt to have someone look it over again. I'm asking that you read the book for grammatical and typographical errors. All suggested changes should be noted so I can get the author's final approval.

I will handle cover art separately so that is not a part of this proposal request.
