Book Cover With Eye Catching style

I am writing a book on bad science in medicine the idea for a cover I have is that there is a medical doctor in scrubs and stethoscope with a mask on, the mask is attempt to hide that he's a duck (quack doctor?) maybe a scalpel in his hand ready to cut - I am open minded on this because I'm not artistic so it's quite likely someone will come up with a better version than i can imagine don't mind someone using their own artistic mind to enhance

I need a sketch or something to give the idea of what it might look like from applicants - I don't mind paying good money for good work
