Book Cover Front and Back Design Needed

I have written a book about how to sell a business in the UK. The book needs a front cover and back designed.
The work MUST be original and professional. The exact dimensions are still being worked out, but I will be able to provide you with a template on which to fix the design.

You must be:
1. creative
2. have knowledge of adobe and other designing software
3. Be able to deliver work to a high standard
Previous experiance will help your bid, so in your bid, point me to any book covers you have designed in the past.
