Adobe Indesign Creation of Journal/Diary Interior

I am looking to commission an experienced Adobe Indesign designer to design the interior pages of a corporate work diary.

The format would be A5:
210 x 148mm with 5mm bleed

There are 6 unique page types which should be designed which can then be duplicated to create the diary:
• Intro (4 Pages)
• Coaching Section (24 pages)
• 3 Monthly Planner (6 pages)
• 12 weekly planner (24 page)
• 90 Daily planner (180 pages)
• Notes Section (10 pages)

We have examples of layout designs and are looking for these to be replicated into an InDesign document. We would expect this project to take less than 7 days.
