33 Page Course Handbook Design

I'm looking for somebody to design a 33 page handbook that's sent out for a course I run. I have all the information, and photos, it just looks very amateur at the moment (as it's just put together terribly in word). I'd like it to be slick, and designed well. It's a mixture of text, some photos, some tables, some checklists etc.

I'd also like the source file (InDesign Doc) as the content does change slightly occasionally as knowledge updates etc.

Just for clarity, it's 33 pages of supplementary information to a course I run. Lots of text, also pictures, tables, checklists etc.
