30 Page Market Research Report with Indesign File provided

I need this task turned around in two stages

Concept sign off - within 2 hours
Final design - Tomorrow 1pm UK time

I need a designer to create a clean professional design for a 30 page market research report. This completed work will be picked up by my design team on Monday. They may add a few more pages and proof read so I will need an indesign file provided and an PDF to sign off.

I need , cover , iintro area and an imaginative and professional design using the information given. Some Pages will include 1 or 2 pie charts and graphs and follow a consistent theme throughout. Titles for each page will need to emphasise th eheadline result of the page/question.
