16 Page Newsletter/Magazine - Internal for Staff in a set format

I have a client who has a regular internal staff newsletter/magazine which follows a similar format each time. All text content and images are supplied and I can supply the previous months newsletter in a packaged indesign format.

I am looking for someone who can take this newsletter, perhaps improve it slightly and place the new content in. The deadline for this is the end of next week. I will require this to be done in Indesign and supplied back to me as a packaged file.
