"Whiteboard" Animation for Architects

Hi there
I am looking for someone to help me to create a short corporate video for one of my clients, who works in the architect/surveying world. I wish to tell a story about who they are and what they do in about 3 minutes, using a whiteboard animation with a twist, so that it looks like the type of table an architect or surveyor might have used (in the past) to draw up his plans, with a few props on it like pencil, compass, protractor. Script and voice over will be provided separately. I will look to whoever does this to provide their own creative interpretation and I assume I will be provided with a story board or similar to explain how things will knit together. I am willing to pay more if you think it is required. I am estimating that we will need up to 5 days to deliver this; I might be wrong, of course..! As always, I like to work with positive, professional people, based in the UK and I can promise you will be given every respect, paid quickly and allowed to express your creativity.
