Video Ad - Must be Polished

Hi,

I have made a video ad I am not pleased with it needs to be made from scratch DO NOT rely on the current ad, before you send it to us it must be checked and polished and delivered within a day or two urgently.

I have attached the ad, things that must stay and we would like in it:
1) Logo to appear in top left, but it to state only our logo and company name no strap line and not on a dark background - it must also state "Immigration Property Inspection Report" throughout so people dont assumer we do Visas.
2) Use Ai Voice over in a British male accent, not to posh or tacky voice for the script see below Script which is almost same as what's being said. A natural voice, we don't like the voice in the current one its too posh.
3) It should also show Why they should choose us, and clearly so it doesnt go for ages without the reasons to choose us.
4) Ideally no women in it, men in suit measuring and handing over or drafting reports B roll. The pie charts they have in it is not necessary
5) the bit at bottom which shows our contact should look professional, looks tacky web: cubelegal.co.uk Tel: 01483 323 565 and WhatsApp: 07816 333 977 - must be there throughout but use icons that are uniform and looks professional.
