Talented motion graphics/3D animator needed for FORMULA 1 style trackside video

I'm looking for an amazing motion graphics designer who can design a Formula 1 Trackside video that will make people believe that they are at the race track with the cars zooming past them.

The customer will be sat in the 'grandstand' stadium seating, and will have 2 video walls (180 degree) to the left and straight in front of them. The intention is that sat in the seating, seeing the cars out of their left view and straight ahead the feeling of immersion at the track. Please check images attached for a better idea.

This is going into a tourist attraction in China focusing on Virtual Reality F1 Gaming.

Looking for a 30 second video that can be looped.
