Simple motion graphic animation added to photo

Information for the business: Lullaby music video

Design details: I need someone that can add animated motion graphics or effects to an photo image to make into a HD video approx 15-25 second long then add music that I will provide.

The video will be looped for 2 hours. The video will have watermark of the logo and must follow guidelines that i will provide.

I will provide graphic ideas for you to create and turn into animation for lullaby music video and I will provide you the background main photo image to animate.

you must have the skills to be creative using adobe after effects or similar and must have a fast RAM computer to render a 2 hour video in HD and send to me via uploading to mega.nz or similar method

I am looking for someone passionate who can join my team for long term ongoing work to create 1 video per week

I am looking for someone who has the creativity and can follow instruction well and can produce my video in quick turnaround time.

The video will be uploaded to Youtube and I can share previous examples of my other videos too
