Professional rigging

I have 2 rigged characters. The fist one plays animation perfectly. The second character is not as good as the first one. My request is to have the second character rigged based exactly on the first character. Thus I will provide you with both character in T pose and your job is make the second character rigging identical to the fist one.

- Rig the second character as exactly as the first. (animations performing must be the same)
- You will be provided with one animation for rigging testing. This animation is a reference only.
- I will apply animations to the character you have rigged to test the rigging from my end.

Note:
The character will be used in Unity 3D
