Original South Park style black comedy cartoon series

Hi

My name is Alan Dacre and I write South Park/black humour style cartoon comedy scripts.

I have a short film that I've written called spinal crap and would love to see what my scripts look like animated with voice overs & music.
Could you animate a 10-30 minute cartoon from scratch?
I'm basically trying to get a new original dark humour style cartoon animated and looking for a surrealist cartoon animator.

I'd obviously pay to get this done and would write an original 6-10 episode cartoon comedy series if my original short film script was successful and mega funny.

The humour as very toilet,stupid & idiotic (think vic & bob/viz magazine)
The short film actually includes original music which would need to be recorded by myself with a band.

Could you give me a rough estimate of how many hours it could take for a 30 minute animation To be completed/cost.

I have a 30 minute teenage mutant ninja turtle cartoon script which isn't on there as it kinda terrifies me.
It features Steven hawking,p diddy,suge knight,tu-pac,Micheal Jackson,Kanye and gazza in extremely compromising situations and feel it could get me killed haha.
