Looping 3D video for website background

Dear Person of Talent

We have purchased this HD footage from shutterstock and used it on our website.

It inspired us to create something similar of our own. The video should inspire similar thoughts of:
Artificial Intelligence/ machine learning
Data Networks
Innovation and Futurism
Medical and Health
Elegance and minimalism
3D

The colour of the video must be 95% white and 5% blue (#2161ab) only (shades of #2161ab are of course acceptable for 3D) and must be HD.

It would also be acceptable to have a very similar video to the above but in the colours described above.

We look forward to hearing from you. Please provide examples of similar work you've done before that will inspire us to select you.

There is some urgency to this so if you are able to complete this task within 2-3 weeks you will be favoured.
