Logo Animation

Hello,

I require a animator to bring a new company logo to life. I will try my best to describe in words what I require.
On the logo attached I require:
The text element "Conzept" to fade into the the black background.
I then require the peacock to walk up the C to the position it is in the logo looking forward.
Then when its in position I require it too look behind it like it is in the logo.

Creative note:
The initial walk needs to be graceful and slowish
Then the head turn is a dramatic pout sort of movement ones its settle into position.
This is a luxury wedding offering so it needs to scream classy.

This brief my sound a little bit "crazy" but I can go through this in more detail with the correct animator on a screen share.

I am looking for examples of similar work.
