Landing page graphics

Information for the business: Kids toys & accessories
Design details: I am looking for a fun, novel & totally unique landing page set of graphics (not a landing page form) for a new kids range of fun swimming accessories. The theme is fun monsters who love to lark around in the water. I would like a similar page to http://www.istockphoto.com/photo/carving-bone-clay-yellow-360
The little monster characters hang from the logo & generally look like a load of fun. We would like to build on the characters at a later date so this could lead to future work & spin offs if they hit the mark!

Ideally we need some animated waves/water perhaps with a character 'bobbing' in it!
Target audience: Kids
Ideas for the visual style: Full brief will be provided
Extra notes: I only require the psd at this stage as the graphical flair is the part that I need to integrate
