I need an After Effect specialist to animate my logo

Hi, I need to animate my logo for social networks and videos.
You'll see the logo in attached files, the objective is to keep the word "Karmadon" fix and animate the three circles around. I'd like them to move smoothly, around the brand name, occupying all the space. It should move like the yellow circle on this website: http://www.theartofpingpong.co.uk (a little bit faster but not too much).

For export, I need it for a video Facebook cover.
Please let me know if you need other explanations.
