Description
Experience Level: Entry
I would like a short video, max 60 seconds to explain to visitors to our website and also to embed in an email campaign how our product, Warmcoat, works
Warmcoat is an anti condensation coating to use on cold walls and ceilings that suffer from condensation that is then allowing harmful black mould to grow.
Warmcoat is applied with a paint roller in two coats. Once applied Warmcoat holds the surface at a higher temperature than ordinary emulsion paint. Because the surface is warmer, less condensation forms and when there is less condensation the mould cannot grow.
We also provide a pre-treatment to clean off and kill any mould on the wall/ceiling to be treated.
We have had the product independently tested at Salford University to differentiate Warmcoat from similar products on the market and to give potential customers comfort that it really does work.
Warmcoat works because there are millions of microscopic hollow glass beads suspended in the coating so it is like putting a warm air filled coat on the wall, hence the name.
I demonstrate how it works in person in two ways.
We have two metal plates, one coated with emulsion paint the other with Warmcoat. If you put your hand on the emulsioned plate then transfer it to the plate coated with warmcoat you can feel the difference in temperature.
If you pick up a pot of emulsion then a pot of Warmcoat, the Warmcoat pot is much lighter as it is in effect full of air so much less dense and therefore much less conductive.
