I need a professional illustrator to create a character

I need for the angel statue to be converted into an animated style character. The animation style should be like Bugs Bunny and Sylvester the Cat.

Please note the following adjustments will need to be made to the cupid when creating the animated character.

1. The arrow tip should have an arrow shape instead of an heart shape

2. The cupid should be slightly slimmer around the following areas. (face, legs, feet and belly area)

3. The cupid will have a bandana wrapped around the face (mouth, chin and nose)

I specifically pay attention to detail so I will need the illustrator to be able to design to an high level.
