I need a logo reveal

I am looking for a talented individual to create a short logo reveal. I have a healthcare software start-up. I want to make a number of short training videos.

The logo is blue and green on a white background. The logo reveal should show the text of the logo appearing slowly and an animated tick in the box for the icon of the logo.
It needs to be professional and clean. A similar version with a tagline needs to be made as well to end each of our videos.

I will make a final choice on the successful applicant by 5pm GMT Friday 14th feb. Once the successful applicant is hired, the job will need to be completed with unlimited revisions by friday 21st February.
