I need a gif designing

I need a Gif designing to go onto Zoopla as an advertisement. I would also like to use the Gif for facebook and other social media. The gif would need to advertise my logo and stand out/be imaginative and imapactive to catch peoples eye.
I would like my logo to feature in my gif, wich advertises property sales at 0.75%, no VAT, and Property lettings at only 10% with no other fees or charges, a totally transparent service.
As an example of where my gif will feature i have included the link to Zoopla where you will see a gif on the right advertising another agent (Haus). I want my gif to be very eye catching etc:
