Help design / lay out of office space

My client has just acquired a new office space in central London. I believe it is in a shared building. He is looking for someone to come on board and help him design the office layout and help with suggestions of furniture etc.

Is this something you can help with? If so, do you charge an hourly rate or what is your price for something like this?

He needs someone to start asap on this.
