Globe animation with animated envelope and QR elements

We are an Electronic signature platform and require 2 x animations of a world globe based on our branding and illustrative style to be placed on our website and web platform.

1)
The first animation would be of the globe spinning in one direction and also contain animated location points on the globe that would animate an envelope and or QR code travelling along a dotted trajectory to another location on the map. This animation would simply loop on our website marketing pages.

2)
The second illustration follows the same as above but only shows one location delivering an envelope / qr code along a trajectory to only one other location. This will be used as part of the signing a document and sending it process, this would demonstrate that the document you have just signed has been sent electronically across the globe.

The animations needs to be simple and elegant.

But they do need a few envelopes and or QR codes moving from point to point as well. (not all at once just subtle).

I will supply a flat graphic of the globe for you to base the animation on and it should be in this style to match our brand. We have a brand character 'REES'. REES will be a static image (see attached graphic) and no need for animation.

The project is to be completed offsite and we require skilled animators with previous examples of this type of work.
