Gentle animation of illustration

We have an image with a number of line drawn elements that we wish to gently animate to create eg. - clouds moving, sun twinkling, leaves blowing, butterflies wings flapping & it moving , bird moving its head to one side, a flower coming out.

This wants to be subtle and happen slowly and sequentially while an audio file plays for approximately 50 seconds.

We can provide the original design files, looking for delivery Monday / Tuesday morning next week.
