AFC Wimbledon is launching a Pitch Sponsorship Squares initiative, allowing fans to sponsor individual square metres of Plough Lane, strengthening their connection to the club while generating revenue. Fans who purchase a square will receive a personalised certificate (digital and/or physical plaque) and have their name displayed digitally.
This is a concept design project only—no coding or development is required. We need a UK-based designer to create a complete set of visual assets, including mock-ups, wireframes, and marketing visuals, to demonstrate how the initiative will work.

What We Need from the Designer
1. Full Visual Mock-ups
We require high-quality design concepts for how the Pitch Sponsorship Squares initiative will appear across different platforms.
A. Interactive Online Pitch Map
• Concept design of a pitch map divided into 7,140 individual squares.
• Fans should be able to see and locate their sponsored square.
• The map should be visually appealing and include highlighted premium zones (penalty area, centre circle, goal area).
• Example of how fan names are displayed on the digital map.
B. Website & Mobile UI Mock-ups
• Homepage section introducing the campaign.
• Fan journey UI mock-ups, showing how they:
• Select a square from the pitch map.
• Personalise their square with a name or message.
• Complete purchase through an easy-to-use checkout.
• Receive confirmation & digital certificate.
• Mobile-friendly version demonstrating ease of use across devices.
C. Certificate & Plaque Design Concepts
• Personalised Digital Certificate:
• Includes fan’s name, square number, Plough Lane pitch map with highlighted square.
• Features AFC Wimbledon branding, club crest, and a signature from club representatives.
• Designed for download and printing.
• Physical Plaque Concept:
• Premium, high-quality material design (e.g., engraved metal, acrylic, framed certificate).
• Aesthetic, club-branded presentation for display at home.
• Mock-up of plaque packaging and optional gift box presentation.
D. Matchday Stadium Screen Graphics
• Visual of how fan sponsorships will be recognised on big screens.
• Mock-up of how sponsored squares & fan names will be displayed at Plough Lane during matches.
• Concept for an animated in-game sponsorship feature (e.g., showing the area of the pitch where a goal was scored and recognising the sponsor).
E. Social Media & Promotional Graphics
• Eye-catching campaign visuals for marketing.
• Templates for social media posts showcasing fans who have sponsored squares.
• Graphics for website banners, newsletters, and press releases.

We need simple wireframes or layouts demonstrating:
