Explainer videos in 2D and 3D for AI Start up in Smart City

This was previously posted as a fixed price job, however responses came in from non-experts, with very few answering our basic question, doubting the effectiveness of the PPH system. I am now looking for a professional, in the UK only, to produce our videos. We have a voice over person and studio now so one less thing to worry about.

I need:
1. Investor explainer video - between 60-100 seconds
2. Sales explainer video for retail - aiming for 40secs
3. Sales explainer video for (undecided) - aiming for 40secs

We have an existing video for inspiration (not publically accessible) plus a good idea of the storyboard. We will likely need input from a scriptwriter who is in your network and used before.

Budget is flexible for the right outcome.
