Design three flash animated banners with existing elements

We are the largest job board for scientists worldwide, is getting set to fully promote its new CV Database Upload feature. As part of this effort, we have a need for a freelance designer to create three animated flash banners. Each banner will follow from the same concept, one 728x90 (pixels) one 300x250, and one 160x600. The elements for the animation already exist, and will be supplied to the designer with the winning bid.

Start date is ASAP. The three completed banners need to be delivered by Thursday July 26th.
