Create Safety tutorial Animation video with voiceover

We are an innovative construction company who prides itself in promoting safety always first. We are looking for an experienced and skilled designer to create a 5-7 minute safety videos based on the 20 items listed in the attached file.

We'd like:

1. Animated video similar to the one i showed you for 5-7 videos
2. Voice over script
3. Voice over done by someone with an Australian tone
4. Unlimited revisions until the above is delivered and continuous updates on the project.

This is only a video to begin with, however there will be many for the right person to work with us in this project.
