Creat a how to animation and phone screen example using my site

I am looking for two things here:

1) A 15-second example of someone using a part of my website similar to the one on here near the bottom of the page:

I will provide more details and steps once I award the task.

Please go to their websites and watch the video and animation. I need them in the same format as on the sites when completed.
