Completion of professional 2-minute 3D animation of transportation system

Design details: A while back I contracted for and had several seconds of an initial 3D animated presentation delivered to me. It was part of a planned 2-minute professional motion animation presentation for use with prospective investors and manufacturing/development companies, showing what my efficient and unique public transportation system would look like and how it would function. However, the presentation project was unfortunately suddenly interrupted by an emergency situation and ultimately the animation presentation was left mostly unfinished. The animator was no longer reachable or available to me. Therefore, I now have that initial animation work product as a reasonably good visual starting point, but I now need to have the approximate 2-minute full animation presentation done, either by using and adding to what was already been previously done, or else by completely re-doing the animation presentation. But in either case I need it to be done very inexpensively. I only want a professional quality animator to do this for me, and I want it to be completed as soon as possible. Thus, quality, cost and timing are all important to me.

Otherwise, my proprietary concepts for this innovative system will be viewed in the public domain prior to my planned debut release of it.
