Character design - tradespeople (plumber, handyman etc)

We need some characters designed for a new brand/website that provides tradespeople to home owners. The brand is 'handyexperts' and we need you to design the team of handyexperts. We have in mind a team of 4 characters, one of them being an office based worker and the three others being tradespeople of differing sorts. Perhaps one with a toolbox, one with a spanner (or other tool) and one with a hard hat (maybe a tool as well) - just ideas there, we're open to other props and different approaches. I should say that we don't want them to look like they all work on a building site because many of our team are tradespeople with specialist skills (i.e. electrician, gas heating engineers etc).

The tradespeople should be wearing branded clothing, look professional and very friendly. I've attached an image that shows the brand and how the website is shaping up (still design in progress). The characters you see there are just stand-ins. Your characters would fit into this space to replace these guys.

This project is for the design of the team of characters for the home page of the website (attached). Once the team image with all the characters has been created we will probably be looking to split them up and use them in different settings for other pages of the website so you can expect further projects to develop from the successful completion of this initial project.

An idea of when you can start work and how long you think it might take would be useful.
