Design details: CGI animation showing use of satellites to image the earth, orbit paths, satellite tasking, downlinks, coverage and re-visits etc
Target audience: Professionals; data users, investors etc
Ideas for the visual style: Professional but does NOT need to be photo realistic
Extra notes: Intention of the animation is to show to a professional lay person without much knowledge of satellites how the satellites orbit, how they are tasked, how they can image the earth in different modes including the ability to 'point' either side of track, downloading data etc. Then the data processing, handling, storage and delivery to customers including data mining to provide value added services derived from the data (such as change detection over time, deforestation, urban and industrial development, vegetation growth, etc).

Timescale shown in the job spec is 3-4 weeks but really we want this complete in 2 weeks, stretching into the 3rd week if absolutely necessary.
