Banner Animation Design / Remarketing Ad Design

Design details: Hi I am trying to find someone who can produce a number of banner animations for me (to be used for Google remarketing ads).

I was thinking of these sizes: - the 300x250 Medium rectangle
- the 728x90 Leaderboard
- the 300x600 Half page

and on mobile
- 300 × 50 Mobile banner
- 320x100 Large mobile banner

File format: either GIF / PNG / JPG

I would provide images, logo and text. Sorry, I don't have any more info for the moment. Looking for a provider who has experience in this type of ad design and can guide me a little (i.e. number of slides in the animation, best file format etc.).

Topic of the ad would be weddings (I am working for a wedding venue).

Extra notes: See my info above, in Design Details. Also regarding the budget. I have no fixed budget for this as I don't know how much something like this costs. PPH has made the budget field compulsory. Price-wise I will be guided by the most reasonable quotes from the best and most experienced people.
