....In summation this is what i want to animate ... Have some ideas lets discuss ... I know my writing was the best

But Ball this up and throw it All away, because virtually obsolete Unless I can effectively lead a group to Buy in and accomplish the vision set out by the Organization .

Wisdom - A leader must be able FORECAST and see a problem / Hurdle before they occur.
Responsibility, That’s right RESPONSE and Ability … A good leader must be able to Respond effectively and have the ability to navigate over the Hurdles that his /her wisdom has allowed them to see.
Lets compare this to the competitive TRAUMA landscape in St Louis over the past 10 yrs.
Lets go back to 2008 …When I was A full line Sales Consultant with the Evil Empire Stryker. At that Point The Undisputed leader in the Trauma Space that we had our high beams on was Depuy Synthes by a huge Margin
Now lets Fast forward to 2018 and Analyze that Margin today. The gap has significantly narrowed. Without statistically observing the data, Just the constant “sales communications” from corporate on how to beat Stryker should be eye opening
Did we as a region Forecast this Hurdle coming?
How effective did we navigate through the problems to a solution?
How are we truly assessing the results?
Food for thought ?
If Depuy- Synthes has continued to be the Market Leaders in Its Orthopedic Technologies over the past 10yrs …Which I strongly believe that we are…..
How has the competition been able to close the Gap ?
