Animation for our key visual

We have a line of animated key visuals, based on toys.
For a new site we now need a new animation of a magic wand, in the same style as our already established graphics.

We would like a very simple animation in the same style, if possible provided in html and json format.
We can provide the base picture in png, psd, ai, eps, jpg and svg-format, if needed.
